NGC Homes Now Open!!!

We are pleased to announce that we are now in business for ourselves with our own showroom located on Starcorpse Island, or you can find us through a Second Life search for NGC Homes. Customers who knew us before under the names of Sphynx Luxury Homes and Sinatra Estate Homes are cordially invited to our new store.

We are continuing to build and currently have 38 exquisite designs in our inventory and available for purchase. We are the sole distributors of such popular favorites as the Bora Bora beach home, and the contemporary classic The Sagebrush, including several new designs released in the last few weeks and exciting new homes coming soon. Please join our group, so you'll be aware of events, contests, and of course new home releases.

We designed our sim to be as user-friendly as possible, with a comfortable environment and lobby on the shores of our island store. A convenient rezzing system has been provided for customer ease in rezzing and walking through our designs, as well as purchasing. All of our homes are delivered in a convenient and easy to use package which makes setting up even our largest homes a simple process. And of course we offer unparalleled customer support to help you set up your home, and offer custom modifications to make any of our homes your own. We also offer full custom design for homes and full sim development to help you have a unique presence in Second Life. Interested in a full custom home? New prefab home, The Monterey, designed and constructed by Nieuport General Contracting, and available exclusively at Sinatra Estate Homes (Franks 6 sim).

This fantastic new home is sure to ehance your Second Life with its panoramic views, airy modern architecture, and unsurpassed luxury. Floors are of polished teak. with glass and steel walls anchored by pillars of stacked stone. Other amenities include an indoor sunroom, and outdoor swimming pool and patio, augmented by a cozy jacuzzi. This design, by Nieuport General Contracting architect Hunter Nieuport, is based on a home featured recently in Architectural Digest.

New at Sphynx Luxury Homes, The Sagebrush!

We welcome you to come explore one of the newest prefab homes available at Sphynx Luxury Homes, designed and constructed by esteemed Nieuport General Contracting architect Gubatah Tigerpaw.

The Sagebrush is a contemporary home based on a private residence in Cairo Egypt. The home features extended living space that can accommodate many activities and is the perfect setting for entertaining. Balconies and large windows provide the platform for enjoying gardens and vistas, extending the house to nature and being part of it.

The aim is to provide a space in harmony with the natural setting so it blends in to the context. Balconies are connected to the living spaces to take the advantage of the views.
There were no traditionally separate rooms – the dining room, the living room or the study room – but rather an open space articulated into smaller spaces connected and related, providing an enclosure for each activity within a larger whole.

Sphynx Luxury Homes, Featuring the Homes of Nieuport General Contracting, NOW OPEN!

We are pleased to announce that William Zeta (of Sphynx Jazz Club & Real Estate fame) and Nieuport General Contracting have joined forces to release Sphynx Luxury Homes. We have an entire sim at our disposal to display some of our exquisite homes, as well as two Rezzing Bays where visitors can rez and examine all the homes in our inventory, and luxury office space for meeting with clients. At this time we have 19 different homes available for purchase as prefabs with a variety of styles to suit almost every taste and sim. Purchasing is easy, with sales points located in front of every one of our model homes, as well as purchasing options on each of our rezzing vendors in the Rezzing Bays. Our goal is to raise the standard in Second Life, both in quality of homes available in Second Life, but also in customer service. If you have questions, you can contact any one of the Nieuport General Contracting staff. All of our homes come packaged for ease of setup on your land, but if you need help placing your home, we are always pleased to do it for you and help you terraform it in if necessary. We are also able to customize and mod any home in our inventory to meet your expectations and needs. If you don't see anything you like, we offer full custom services for everything from individual homes to full and multi-sim development. No project is too big or too small. We invite you to come explore our sim, and it's not unusual for us to be walking around greeting and chatting with customers.
